‼️🐺‼️Miss Morris' floral classes on Friday were finishing up one of the last arrangements for the class. They were learning to complete a contemporary arrangement with minimal materials using rocks, aluminum wire, Italian ruscus, and call lilies. Look for their last one on Monday. We saved the arrangement for the most important people in our lives for the last one of the year. The cooler and flowers are ready! I can't wait to see this next round of arrangements completed and go out.

‼🐺‼ As we celebrate Teacher Appreciation Week at CISD, we would like to take a moment to express our deep gratitude for all the teachers who have touched our lives and the lives of countless others.
Teachers are the unsung heroes who dedicate their lives to shaping the minds of future generations. They inspire us to learn, grow, and become better versions of ourselves. They go above and beyond to ensure that every student has the opportunity to succeed.
Teachers wear many hats - they are mentors, coaches, counselors, and friends. They work tirelessly to create a safe and nurturing environment where students can thrive. They celebrate our successes and pick us up when we fall.
So, to all the teachers at CISD, we want to thank you for everything you do. Your hard work and dedication do not go unnoticed. You make a difference in the lives of so many students, and we are grateful for all that you do. Happy Teacher Appreciation Week!

‼️🐺‼️Colorado FFA members attended their District FFA Spring Meeting and Banquet on Thursday, May 2nd. Kymani Martinez competed in Extemporary Speaking and brought home a 3rd place banner. Ryland Senter and Matt Farmer ran for a district office where they had to complete an application, do an interview, and give a speech before their membership. Ryland was elected and is now the new Lone Wolf District FFA Reporter for the upcoming year. And Wyatt Wylie and Lucy Foster made sure to take care of our voting delegate positions. Other banners were picked up that had been won throughout the year between their other District members and teams. Morgan Scott, Daisey Roller, and Kara Martin had record books go through District check and are headed to Area check in hopes of receiving their Lone Star FFA Degree. Morgan Scott also completed a Swine Production Proficiency Application and we hope to see that app go all the way to the state level. Way to go Colorado FFA on another successful year!
